Client Reviews for Villa Gomes

We stayed in villa Gomes in Estoi and our rep was Charlie. He was so helpful in every way. We had a powercut at the villa due to extreme weather and he was there for us and got the problem sorted immediately, also I left my mobile phone at the villa and already Charlie has mailed it back to me. in comparison to our last holidays with solmar villas I cannot fault the service we received and would recommend you to anyone. Many thanks.

Thanks for another super week at Villa Gomes. Great villa, even in the mixed weather of this October week we made the most of the tennis court and table tennis. On a rainly afternoon we discovered The Forum shopping centre in Faro - only 20mins drive. We barbequed most nights but enjoyed lunch in Estoi square cafe - their dish of the day usually scores highly and a lovely meal at Galeria dos Sentidos, also in Estoi. As always every Portuguese person we have met has been delightful. Thank you.

Another lovely villa from Vintage Travel. This was our sixth holiday/villa rental with the company and always go to their website first when looking for villa rentals as we know they will be of a high standard. Thank you as always to all of the Vintage staff.

Thank you for a very relaxing stay at Villa Gomes. The house is lovely and spacious and we enjoyed the pool, tennis court and table tennis. We hired road bikes from 'Lisa Bikes' and recommend cycling in the morning only - too hot otherwise!

Probably the best companies I've dealt with regarding customer service...outstanding, well done!

This is a special place - for us farmers to stay in a rural retreat is essential and this villa fitted the bill. The villa is well appointed and attractive - great pool and we enjoyed playing tennis. Great to see geckos, a stork overhead, Iberian magpies, owls, kestrels and martins and swallows dipping into the pool. Enjoyed our visit to Ria Formosa and the local monthly market at Estoi. Excellent BBQ. Thank you

A fantastic family villa with everthing we needed to keep adults and children entertained. Perfect running routes down into the valley.

Arrived to a lovely villa. Tennis was excellent - every day. Pool too cold at this time of year except for paddling in but lovely to watch the house martins dipping into it daily. Beautiful walks around Ria Formosa, Tavira for pottering around and Faro old town is lovely. Apart from that we didn't venture far. The Roman ruins at Estoi are worth a visit.

Very relaxing week at Villa Gomes - weather pretty good. Not our first stay and won't be our last. Didn't eat out anywhere other than Faro one afternoon but no need too - happy just to lay by the pool, drink wine and pretend we were at Wimbledon!

A fantastic week at Villa Gomes - enjoyed the pool, tennis and table tennis everyday - making the most of the late Autumn sunshine. We had a fun day in Tavira, hiring a Tavira 'tuk tuk' and touring the town in an hour complete with history lesson and humour from our driver. Otherwise we didn't stray too far, due to the sunshine. We barbequed lots (great bbq), and had a delicious meal at Galeria dos Sentidos in Estoi. Also had the dish of the day with the locals in Estoi main square - great people watching. Super villa - perfect lay out inside and out. Many thanks.
