Client Reviews for S'Aljub de Son Amer

The villa was lovely and our representative Kristel was great. We phoned her with a problem with the gates and she replied promptly and sorted the matter our straight away, so many thanks to Kristel for that. Will definitely return as Majorca is our favourite place. Thank you for a superb and relaxing holiday.

Wonderful. Peaceful. Relaxing. All the local restaurants offer delicious food in enormous quantities at very reasonable prices. The staff are all really friendly. Porto Cristo is stunning. Will be booking our next visit....thank you.

Our first visit to Mallorca and we had a really relaxing holiday. We hired a small car from the airport and explored just our local area and beaches near Santanyi. The villa was fine and we found it easily with the directions given. The area rep Kristel Peirtsegaele was excellent and provided the BBQ implements and teapot and very helpful with local knowledge. We were very grateful for the air conditioning in the villa. Bird life very good here - spotted Flycatchers, Hoopoe, Sardinian Warbler, stone curlews calling from local fields and flying overhead. Also seen many bats and dragonflies. Thank you. Peter and Pauline Hobby

All lovely. And sunny. And hot. Recommend an evening romantic walk from the lighthouse at Far des Cap along to Plajta des Caragol. Gorgeous. Pool is amazing - perfect size and shape. Lovely lovely lovely!

S'Aljub de Son Amer is a delightful, small villa, perfectly placed for an evening stroll to one of the restaurants in Es Llombards, as we found an after BBQ coffee and cognac in the square. The pool has been welcome relief from the heat. We decided that Cala Llombards is the best beach for ease of access, clear water and good facilities.

We have had a fabulous week - it has been so relaxing. The beaches are fabulous and our personal favourites are Sa Nau and Es Llombards. We have eaten very well and worth a mention is 'Fusion' in Llombards, a five minute walk away. Good food and very friendly service. Santanyi is a beautiful town and the market is very busy. Enjoyed the villa and the pool very much. We will definitely be back.

Having visited the North of Mallorca many times before, this is the first in the South, which we have enjoyed very much. We have been lucky with the excellent weather enjoying the pool at the villa and our favourite beach 'Cala Llombards', only 10 mins drive away. Villa we thought was adequate, a few issues initially were sorted by Kristel, the Vintage Rep, very promptly and efficiently. Overall a very pleasant holiday. Would definitely revisit the area.

Had a lovely stay - very lucky as the weather was very warm, much better than we expected this time of year. Loved the outside space.... Visited lots of pretty coves and small harbours. Santanyi is very pretty with lots of great places to eat. Will definitely return to the area.

Delightful villa: cosy and quiet and well sited. First visit to Mallorca for me for 30 years and must come back soon. Most previous comments can be agreed upon whole heartedly, especially with regard to the local restaurant 'Sa Fonda'. Only a walk away and compares more than favourably with any other we have visited.

Had a wonderful week here - weather was perfect! The villa is so well positioned - close to everything you need. Santanyi is a gorgeous little town - buzzing on market days. Great shops and fabulous places to eat in Plaza Major. Beaches in this area are plentiful. For us, no beach comes close to S'Amarador in the Mondragó natural park. It is really a little slice of paradise and only 10-15 minutes drive from here. We will be back. The villa was very comfortable. All in all a wonderful holiday - thanks to Joao who sorted out some niggles very quickly. We will be back!
