Client Reviews for Puig d'Es Mila

Fantastic property in a quiet rural location. Wow, what a lovely pool for cooling off in the hot Mallorcan sun. Visited lots of local beaches and towns....Best family day out was a boat trip on the Starfish catamaran which we boarded at Porto Petro. Great sea swimming including slides for kids.

We have been here just 2 hours, so a good time for first impressions - Wow! We are all a bit overwhelmed with the loveliness of it all. All the rooms are great. The outside bar/kitchen is fantastic. The pool is wonderful. The grounds are amazing and the view is stunning. So far the only negative is that this is not ours forever.

A lovely hot week at this fabulous villa, enjoying the wonderful views, great pool and comfortable surroundings. One of our highlights was a trip to Cala Figuera and lunch in the Bon Air restaurant. We also took an early evening trip to Cala Sa Nau and its a lovely little spot with fairy lights illuminating a decent little restaurant on the beach. Felanitx main square has a good gelateria and lots of tables for mingling with the locals.

Had a fantastic stay here in July 2016. We have visited Majorca many times and stayed in farmhouses and villas - Puig d'es Mila is by far the best we have stayed in. The outdoor space is fantastic - a huge pool with jacuzzi area, plenty of loungers and a great bar area with BBQ and fridge. We hardly ever needed to go indoors in the day as in addition to the bar area there is also a shower and toilet. There is a lovely outdoor shaded area for breakfast and long lunches. The inside space is also fabulous with plenty of space for everyone and a bathroom for each bedroom, all spotlessly clean. We were very grateful for the well thought out welcome pack on arrival. We didn't venture far (we didn't want to!) and already know the area quite well - it was hard to leave the poolside to be honest! When we did we visited Porto Colom, Porto Petro (ate overlooking the sea), the monastery at the top of 'our' mountain (amazing views) and the fabulous restaurant Es Babot in S'Horta. The only improvement that could be made and this is nit picking would be to put some furniture on the sun terrace area outside - we thought a day bed would be nice! We will definitely return. Thank you.

We all enjoyed lazy days by the pool. Porto Colom worth a visit with a meal in the restaurant by the harbour. Porto Christo more commercialised. Enjoyed the Sunday market in Felanitx - indoor market had good produce. Amazing views from the monastery,

This is a wonderful property in a fantastic position with great views across to the other side of the island - so private and peacefull, really magical. The villa was spacious and wonderfully light with easy access to the outside areas which were beautifully maintained. The villa layout works brilliantly if you are in a group as there are separate areas for bedrooms so you can all have some privacy. The pool is great - a good size for exercise and fun and games. Our grandson loved the jacuzzi in the pool and its bubbles. Relatively close by there are some fabulous coves and beaches and unspoilt Mallorcan villages with interesting shops and restaurants. We loved Santanyi and Porto Colom and thought Cala Sa Nau and Cala Lombards were idyllic. The national park at Mondrago is well worth a visit with fabulous views and a good walk round the coves but drive to the southern car park for the best experience and take your own shade. A drive up to spectacular San Salvador on the doorstep is a must. The view from the top is amazing and when we were there at sunset we were almost alone. We booked last minute and were initially looking to book near Pollensa but were really delighted that we chose this villa and area. We were the first to rent this property and the owners were very accommodating to our requests and went out of their way to make our stay a comfortable one. The Vintage rep Kristel was also very helpful and friendly. If you are considering booking this villa - do it! You won't be disappointed. Thanks for a great holiday - this is our second time with Vintage Travel and we will be using you again !
