Client Reviews for El Dolmen de Alaju

A superb property in a wonderful location. The enthusiasm for the property by Pepe, the owner, when he met us at the door was fully justified. The combination of house and location led to a very relaxing holiday.

Excellent all round holiday with a villa and car hire that we expected made easy by Vintage. Thank you.

This is such a different world from wher we live, everything is better! The sun, the silence, the stunning pool! We had sucha fantastic week here. The villa is amazing, so beautiful and clever, well planned. Andalucia is incomarable. We went to Ronda, Acinipo, La Pileta Cave, Grazalema, Ubrique and Zahara. and if you can stomach the hair-raising hairpin bends and sheer drops, the drive through the Parque Natural is stunning. We hope to return!

The view were to die for! our pace slowed day by day. This place is so tranquil... weloved our stay. Endless views of the mountains are just simply breathtaking and the reservoir was so beautiful each day we saw it. Each night the sunset was mesmersing from the balcony; the villa is very cosy and relaxing, especially the pool/ Loved the stay and would love to return.

Brilliant house, brilliant view, brilliant location- what more could you want for? The swimming pool was perfect - now a firm fan of salt water pools. Very glad to be the guinea-pigs - hopefully we will be back! All the surrounding villages are really picturesque. Tapas bars were great, especially La Poasada in El Gastor! we enjoyed the leather shops in Ubrique also. Thank you Pepe and Ana for our wonderful holiday!
