Client Reviews for Casa Almendro

I booked for myself, husband, 16 month old daughter and parents - one of the main reasons was the gated pool which was particularly useful with our "busy" little girl who loves to explore. The garden is beautifully kept and the house had everything we needed. We loved the restaurant at Roche, paella, extensive wine list and the views across the beach. Niki was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great trip, am sure we'll be back.
The Rimmers

Very enjoyable holiday in lovely part of Spain. Niki very helpful and knowledgeable.

First few days took a bit of adjusting to the heat but we found the villa most comfortable and found all the shops we needed in El Colorado. Niki wonderfully helpful and kind when were trying to find our way round. Paul and Debbie look after the villa beautifully. Highlights - El Palmar (wonderful beach, great atmosphere, lots of cafes and restaurants, magical sunsets), Zahora (very special beach, walked to Cape Trafalgar), Cadiz (winding streets, botanical gardens, views from the fortress, artisan shops, Conil (local, lively, lovely ice creams, lots of fun), Vejer (we loved it). Once again thank you Niki and to you Debbie and Paul.
The Betser and Rainey families

What an amazing 2 weeks! The villa is homely and perfect for a couple of families to enjoy. 3 small children (3.5yrs, 18 mths & 6 mths) loved it. We enjoyed the sunsets at Fonatanilla beach, ice cream in Conil at night, tapas in Vejer, a day trip to Cadiz, La Barrosa beach and Castellar zoo. Great deserted beach at El Palmar (a bit nudist but adds interest!!!). Thanks Niki for your advice and help. Great holiday!
The Clutterbucks

Lovely week here in glorious sunshine. A beautiful part of Spain with stunning beaches. Favourite of ours was Roche - quiet with nice atmosphere. Visited Vejer which was definitely a highlight for us. Would definitely come back here, lots to do and really nice villa.
The Flanagans

Fabulous family holiday - perfect for the children, grandchildren and grandparents. Looked after so well. Vintage Travel were there immediately for any problems - even how to find the World Cup on the TV - thanks.
The Barnes Family

Lovely week basking in the surprisingly hot October sun. Highlights - Conil restaurants and tapas, Vejer, deserted beaches, people watching, beers at beach bar in Canos de Meca - beautiful setting and very relaxed.

Lovely unspoilt region of Spain. Villa up to the superb standard that Vintage always offer. Garden great for newly walking 1 yr old to explore in relative safety. All the beaches we visited very clean and all not too far away. Always had a warm welcome at Antonio's with free WiFi. Thanks to all concerned.

Boy it's been hot. Good location, quite tucked away and private. Great restaurants at Fontanilla beach, beautiful sunsets whilst the girls ran about on the sand.
Garmon-Jones Family

The view from the balcony was lovely, we enjoyed watching the swallows grow up. We recommend a tour around Vejer, walking along the coast in Cadiz, Punta Paloma beach near Tarifa for snorkeling and mud therapy, the fiesta in Conil and Cape Trafalgar - very educational.
