Client Reviews for El Cortijo de Beatriz

Your website is really easy to use and has lots of photos of each property which is really helpful. The comments from previous guests are also really useful. We would definitely look to use Vintage again if booking a villa. We had a fabulous week; great weather for lounging by the pool. We ate some great food in Vejer. El Palmar - great tuna restaurant right on the beach (go to catch the sunset too). Coffee at the Parador in Arcos very civilised and relaxing. The Alcazar in Jerez was a lovely place to wander around.

We can not thank Niki our rep enough, she was amazing nothing was too much trouble and she went the extra mile for us. A truly great asset to your company. We had car problems and she helped in sorting things out which allowed us to get on and enjoy our holiday. Without her I don't know what we would have done. We will use your company again we were so impressed with Niki

Great 2 weeks relaxing by the pool and beautiful gardens - weather fantastic. Cadiz is great, beaches there are good with lots of underground parking. Medina Sidonia is very quaint.

What a fabulous holiday. Beatriz offered us a chance to regroup and be a family again. Biggest decision was which outside table to sit at and eat! - Long lazy days playing in the pool, beach days, eating out, playing cards together on an evening. We managed to get out and visit, Cadiz, Jerez, Verjer and Medina. Horse Riding with Manolo was a real treat. Sad to be leaving.

Our 2nd visit to El Cortijo staying for 2 weeks has enable us to chillax at this rustic home (especially in the first few days when the mini-heatwave hit with temps into the 40s! Even the birds were dive bombing into the pool to cool down!). Enjoyed great meals in Patria, Vejer and Zahara de los Atunes. Cadiz as charming as ever and great way to spend a day. Our appreciation to Fran the pool guy, Pepa the expert cleaner and Niki once again for her attention to detail and abundant local knowledge. Our fave beach is still Cape Trafalgar but all great for watching sunsets. Adios Andalucia, hasta la proxima.

Beautiful villa and lovely pool. Nice sandy beach at Zahora. Cadiz is definitely worth a visit. Or rep was very friendly and extremely helpful. We are all sad to be leaving. It's or 4th Vintage holiday and hopefully won't be our last.

We immediately felt at home in this beautiful house and garden and have had the most relaxing holiday ever! Such an interesting area to explore. It has been wonderful to cook in this kitchen and the Barbate market is fantastic for food. The little bread shop in Vejer is good and we loved eating out at the family run restaurant by the church. The house book and Niki were so helpful...we really look forward to returning to explore some more.

Try the horse riding at the end of road, 1.5 hours to the top of the hill with stunning views to Vejer and the coast. Tarifa surprisingly brilliant, the old town is a must. El Palmar a must but all beaches were lovely, eat at the beach for great fish.

We booked it for two weeks next year whilst we were there so what more can I say? It was a real 'home from home'-fabulous setting and just had such a welcoming ambience. We so easily could have 'just moved in permanently!'

Great 3 weeks relaxing, enjoying the pool, the garden and the house in general.La Vuelta came to Vejer which was an experience. The town is amazing, we love it so much. From the hectic packed nights during the fiesta to the calmer cooler days now that Septemner has arrived Vejer is a continual surprise. Many thanks to Beatriz for providing us with 3 fine, enjoyable and above all relaxing weeks.
