Papillon is a pretty stone villa with contemporary interiors suitable for families and close to pretty villages with restaurants that are typical of this bustling part of the Cote D'Azur.

The location is quiet and residential. The décor is comfortable, modern and welcoming with big comfy sofas, modern conveniences like Smart TV and air conditioned bedrooms to ensure a good night's sleep in the warm Mediterranean climate. Adjacent to the main house is a convenient annexe with two bedrooms, a kitchen area and its own shower room, ideal for teenagers, extended family or those wanting a little more privacy. There's also an extra pretty little terrace attached to the annexe with views over the hills.

Outside is plenty of space and shade in an enclosed garden with mature planting, fruit and olive trees. It's just a short drive or walk to the hamlet of Spéracèdes (1.3km) where there is a café and grocers. Larger supermarkets can be found 5 minutes drive in Le Tignet (1.5km).

A selection of restaurants, amenities and artisan shops line the narrow streets of Grasse (10km) which retains an authentic French charm and is known as the perfume capital of France. Grasse’s two main perfume houses Fragonard and Molinard both offer fascinating guided tours of their original premises and a variety of fragrant products are sold in many of the shops lining its cobbled streets. The beaches, marinas and chic boutiques of the Côte d’Azur are easily accessible in about half an hour by car, the nearest resort being Mandelieu (20km), from where a scenic drive west along the beautiful Estérel coastline is highly recommended. Nice airport is 60km.
