Villa Toullou is a recently built coastal villa enjoying a most privileged location only 150m from a sandy beach, one of many found along this coastline. With a hot tub, indoor pool and beach practically on the doorstep, families and children will adore days on the beach exploring rock pools created by the granite rocks so typical of this region.
A seaside feel is maintained throughout with modern, predominantly white furnishings creating a fresh and airy appeal. The kitchen and bathrooms are contemporary in style. In the living room, patio doors open to the indoor pool area, a great place to relax with the heated pool, indoor terrace and hot tub. A lawned garden and terrace are perfect for a spot of sunbathing when you’re not on the beach. There is one en suite bedroom on the ground floor, with the remaining three on the first floor.
Brignognan-Plages and Plounéour-Trez are delightful villages with a relaxed atmosphere and sense of time standing still. Fishing boats bob in the water, providing fresh fish for the local restaurants and a trip to Ménéham (8km), a coastal hamlet which has been restored, can now be visited to see how life was centuries ago. Make sure you see the 17th century coastguard cottage which is sandwiched between two huge boulders!
