Favourably positioned alongside a sweeping, unspoilt shoreline of long beaches and sheltered coves, the picturesque fishing village of Conil de la Frontera oozes charm within its higgledy-piggledy labyrinth of narrow streets and whitewashed buildings. In its centre, a gentle hum of conversation drifts across intimate squares and winding lanes from tapas bars and restaurants whilst along the seafront golden sands stretch as far as the eye can see

It is this enviable location that is enjoyed by Casa Maymi. Nestling amidst other local properties in a residential area of the village, this attractive cottage sits within enclosed grounds just 780m from the nearest beach and a short walk from the varied shops, restaurants and bars of this atmospheric coastal community.

Throughout its well presented interior, a successful combination of eye-catching timber beams, terracotta tiles, quality carpentry and crisp white walls create a charming backdrop for a pleasing collection of smart rustic furniture and stylish soft furnishings.

From the open plan living room doors lead the way to a pretty garden, laid mainly to lawn, with an olive tree and covered terrace providing welcome areas of shade. Beyond here, the pool and its surrounding lawn lies within another enclosed area, separated from the garden by a gate and therefore ideal for those wishing to keep younger members of the group under close supervision.
