Located on a small complex on the perimeter of Cala Gran, this one storey, semi-detached property has a front row seat for the charming Mediterranean vista from a spacious, south facing terrace – one simply couldn’t get any closer.

The interior is light, bright and cosy, with an open plan lounge/dining area (A/C, DVD, Satellite TV, doors to terrace). Also in this area a small breakfast bar connects a good-sized American Kitchen (Microwave, Oven, Hob, Dishwasher). The two bedrooms are located either side of this area, both with sea views. On the far side of the complex access to a communal swimming pool is available – even this has a sea view!

Complete with lifeguard (June – September) and handy beach bar across the sand, Cala Gran will certainly claim the majority of holiday time during your stay. Having said that, this part of the coastline has a string of beautiful coves – each offering something a little different and well worth taking the time to explore.

The pleasant laid back vibe of Cala d’Or is an easy 5-minute walk, transforming the scene into a labyrinth of tiny boutiques, souvenir shops, trendy cocktail bars and candlelit brasseries. An ice cream parlour on one side, a pizzeria on another, all linked by colourful thoroughfares adorned in straw hats, beachwear and local handcrafts – particularly picturesque in the evenings.

On the other side of town, still within walking distance, another water inlet accommodates the chic marina, with super yachts, sail boats and fishing vessels moored side by side, perfect for an evening stroll with yet more options for elegant, waterfront dining accompanied by a cool sea breeze.

  • The pool is a communal pool for the complex.
