In Croatia we have focused exclusively on the charming region of Istria, where the soft golden hues of traditional stone buildings contrast with the vivid turquoise of the Adriatic.

In the hilly north of Istria we have a lovely selection of houses near the medieval towns of Motovun and Oprtalj. In central Istria our properties look out over meadows, forests and rolling fields. Many have been lovingly restored by local families, others are newly built using authentic Istrian stone.

All of our villas in Croatia have pools.
