The villa is located on the outskirts of Anthousa, a traditional village which offers a warm and authentic Greek atmosphere. Guests can stroll to Anthousa's small yet vibrant square in 10 minutes, with mini-market, a handful of tavernas and a coffee shop, a place where locals and visitors alike stop and watch the world go by.

Valtos (2.7km), with its sweeping coastline of soft pebbles and golden sand, is one of the region’s most celebrated beaches. Pristine water, water sports, cafés and tavernas line the shore, making it perfect for both active days and those looking to recharge their batteries. The town of Parga (3.5km) with its charming cobbled streets, white‑washed buildings, lively harbour, and Venetian Castle is just a short drive away.

Just at the bottom of the lane, below the villa, there is a lovely walk with play area, shaded paths and a stunning waterfall at the end.

Swim to Panagia Island from Parga

From the main beach in Parga, Krioneri Beach, you can swim the short distance to Panagia Island. Don't forget to take your beach shoes so you can explore this tiny island on arrival.
