Beaches
The area surrounding Sidari is home to a collection of beautiful beaches, each with its own distinct character. The central Blue Flag beach, a combination of soft golden and and shingle, stretches for around 500 metres. Its calm and shallow waters are ideal for swimming. Smaller coves such as Megali Beach are framed by the area's distinctive sandstone cliffs. Here you will find fascinating rock pools and a more peaceful and tranquil environment.
Canal d’Amour
Sidari is perhaps best known for its spectacular Canal d'Amour, where centuries of wind and waves have sculpted the sandstone cliffs into dramatic rock formations, secluded coves and natural sea arches. Steeped in local legend, the narrow channel is said to bring everlasting love to couples who swim through it. It is one of Corfu's most iconic landmarks.
Watersports
Thanks to its sheltered waters, Sidari is an excellent destination for enjoying a variety of aquatic activities. Watersports range from paddleboarding to exhilarating inflatable rides. The crystal-clear sea and hidden coves provide excellent conditions for snorkelling and scuba diving. Boat trips are on offer from Sidari. Organised excursions visit landmarks such as Cape Drastis, the dramatic cliffs of Loggas and the picturesque fishing village of Agios Stefanos, while private boat hire allows guests to explore beautiful coastal spots at their own pace. Families seeking an alternative to the beach will also enjoy Sidari Water Park, where pools and slides provide entertainment for all ages.
Dining
Sidari enjoys one of the liveliest evening scenes in northern Corfu while retaining a welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere. As dusk settles, the vibrant centre offers an excellent choice of tavernas serving freshly caught seafood and Corfiot specialities as well as cafes, international restaurants and beach bars.
