Gerakas is part of the Zakynthos Marine Park, a protected nesting site for the endangered Caretta Caretta sea turtle. Warm, shallow waters make this one of the island’s most inviting beaches.

Aura is one of three sister properties, each with its own private garden and pool. It’s an ideal set-up for families or friends travelling together: everyone has their own space to unwind, but you’re close enough to gather for a barbecue or an evening swim. Inland, wander olive groves, visit the Venetian castle in Zakynthos town…or splash at Zante Water Village, one of the biggest water parks in Greece.

As the day fades, a gentle stroll to Gerakas and dinner at a nearby taverna, with the sea just a whisper away, is the perfect way to end your day.
