Soaring above Lichnos Bay, Infinity Blue is a magnificent haven designed to celebrate and enjoy the beauty of the Ionian coast.

True to its name, this contemporary retreat looks out to uninterrupted sea views that stretch endlessly across the horizon, drawing you into the tranquil rhythm of the waves below.

Each morning begins with a gentle sunrise washing over the bay, visible from the terraces or via the floor-to-ceiling glass that blurs the line between indoors and out. From the edge of the infinity pool, to the shaded terraces and sun-drenched lounging areas, every space is carefully positioned to keep your gaze locked on the boundless blue.

The interior is an elegant blend of modern minimalism and coastal sophistication. Clean lines, cool tones, and subtle accents reflect a serene setting. Designed with both comfort and style in mind, the villa’s spacious layout features an open-plan living space perfect for relaxed gatherings.

With three en suite bedrooms, Infinity Blue offers flexibility for families or groups of friends seeking privacy and a relaxed space to enjoy and unwind. Two bedrooms occupy the ground floor, each with its own unique charm and direct access to outside. Upstairs, the bedroom which can be prepared as a double or twin, offers a true moment of indulgence, as the bath is positioned just so, allowing you to enjoy a soak whilst gazing out to sea.

Outdoor living is a natural extension of the villa’s design. A large infinity-edge pool merges with the view, while loungers, a built-in barbecue area, and spacious shaded dining area make family moments effortlessly memorable. The landscape becomes your backdrop, olive and lemon trees, scented lavender bushes, and the ever present Ionian waters flickering in the distance.

Guests will be pleased to hear a traditional taverna is just a short walk away, offering a warm welcome and freshly prepared Greek dishes. The golden sands of Lichnos Beach (2.5km) with a handful of seafront tavernas (4.5km) can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The popular and picturesque town of Parga (6km), with its vibrant harbour, historic Venetian Castle, and abundance of shops, tavernas, and cafés, is also just a short car journey away.

Infinity Blue Villa is not simply a place to stay, it’s a living postcard, where architecture and nature meet in perfect balance, and every moment is framed by the infinite blue.
