La Vite

Located in the quaint village of Kalipado in Central Zakynthos, La Vite offers a quiet retreat whilst also being close to many amenities within the village and surounding villages. 

Bordered by fields, olive groves and vineyards, with the mountains rising in the background, the wonderful garden and pool area will be sure to entice anyone to spend a day lazing around the pool. The high-ceilinged living/dining area, on a split level, offers plenty of room for relaxing and eating with patio doors leading directly to the covered terraces. A double bedroom can also be found on the ground floor whilst upstairs, in the eaves, a further twin and double bedroom can be found both with their own ensuite shower facilities. 

Kalipado, an authentic Greek village, offers a small number of amenities (coffee shop 450m, plus minimarket 800m) within walking distance of the villa whilst retaining its natural Greek charm with traditional stone-built houses and a relaxed atmosphere.  Several tavernas, bakery, additional minimarket can all be found within the village of Agios Kirikos which is 1.6km away and can accessed within 25 minute walk, or 5 minute drive away.  Callinico Winery Museum, Tour and Tasting is just 1km away from this villa for those wishing to try the local grapes first hand! 

Being central to the island, it is a great location for getting out and about further afield with a large number of picturesque beaches being within a short driving distance, with Tsilivi just a 10 minute drive away, and Alykanas Beach around a 20 minute drive away.
