Perched gracefully on the lush hills above the northern coast of Kefalonia, Persephone offers a taste of island living. With sweeping views across the Ionian Sea, this stylish property pleasantly blends contemporary comforts with the timeless beauty of the island’s landscapes and sea-swept villages.
Nestled just a short walk from the lovely village of Antipata (600m), Persephone gives you easy access to a small selection amenities, two authentic tavernas, with relaxed, local atmosphere, plus a minimarket for the essentials.
From there, the scenic road leads you to Fiskardo (4km), an upscale harbour town beloved for its restored Venetian-style buildings, boutique shops, waterfront cafés, and vibrant evening ambience. For sea lovers, several beaches are within easy reach, such as Dafnoudi, which is accessed by a 15min walk downhill through the forest and walkway, while Emplisi is a short drive away (3.5km), situated just north of Fiskardo, while Foki beach is slightly further along (6km) and south of Fiskardo offering a great choice for those seeking a day out at the beach.
Persephone invites you to unwind in style and comfort, split across two floors, the interior is bright and airy, with large windows and terraces that frame the sea views and allow the light to move through the space. Subtle, tasteful decor and soft tones echo the island’s natural palette, creating an atmosphere of calm style. On the ground floor you will find the open plan lounge and dining area, with doors opening directly onto the pool terrace, along with one bedroom and ensuite shower room, while on the first floor two further bedrooms will be found, both of which offer en suite, one with a shower and one a bath – both bedrooms have doors which open onto a spacious shared balcony which enjoys wonderful sea views.
Outside, the romance of Mediterranean living comes alive. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee on the terrace, lounging by the private infinity pool, or enjoying a sunset meal under the shaded dining area, each moment is framed by panoramic sea views and the whisper of coastal breezes.
Peresphone and its sister property, Nikolas, are ideally poised for discovering Kefalonian coastline gems. Beautiful pebble and sandy coves line the shore below, offering tranquil swimming spots, sun-drenched afternoons, and crystal-clear waters. From secluded inlets to more lively stretches of beach, there’s something nearby for every mood.

- There are 20 steps from the parking area to the villa entrance.
