Truly a rare find within Parga itself, just a short walk from the vibrant harbourside and beaches, Smaragda, which translates to ‘Emerald’, offers an exquisite blend of modern comfort and traditional Greek charm.

Thanks to its prime position and being close to an abundance of local tavernas, cafés, shops, plus the beaches of Parga (700m) and Valtos (800m), this highly sought after property is ideal for those wanting to experience the best of it all without the need for a car.

The villa, built using local Paxos stone, is laid out across two floors and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. On the ground floor, the modern and spacious kitchen with dining and living area offers a wonderful plan to unwind and relax. Doors conveniently lead directly out to the terrace, exterior seating, in-built barbecue and private pool. On this level you will also find a shower room and a bedroom with Super King bed and access to the sun terrace and pool, ideal for those wanting to walk straight out for an early morning swim.

Stairs lead up to a further double bedroom with Super King bed and balcony where you can enjoy views across the town's rooftops towards the Venetian Castle, a great place to start the day with that first cup of coffee while contemplating the day's plan of action with your friends and family. This bedroom shares a shower room with the twin bedroom.

With its unbeatable location close to Parga’s historic centre and wealth of amenities, including traditional bakeries, and colourful waterfront, Smaragda is a wonderful base for those looking to combine beach days, boat trips and cultural discoveries with evenings spent overlooking the sea.
