The ground floor features an open-plan living space with a light-filled kitchen and a welcoming seating area which opens out to the relaxing outside dining area. Also on this level is a double room with access to a private balcony, meanwhile upstairs are two additional bedrooms and a separate outside seating area from which to enjoy the far-reaching vista. 

From this tranquil base, Gardenos Beach, one of Corfu’s hidden gems, is just a 700m stroll downhill. This long stretch of sandy shoreline is loved by locals for its lush green backdrop and laid-back atmosphere. Nearby, a handful of family-run tavernas and a village minimarket provide a taste of authentic island life. With its inviting interiors, private infinity oval shaped pool, and enviable setting, Socrates is an ideal choice for those seeking a serene, well-located escape on this charming and scenic island.

Please note: The Greek Government charge a Climate Tax which is payable by guests staying in hotels and other properties. For Socrates the charge is a flat rate of €15 (£13.04) per night. For your convenience we will add this amount to your booking, rather than you having to pay it in resort.
