The delightful beaches of Llafranc (5.5km) and Calella (5.5km) are within a 15 minute drive whilst a short walk along a nearby country lane past old farm cottages leads straight into the heart of the Gavarres mountain range, a protected area of natural beauty adorned with hidden Romanesque stone chapels, ancient dolmens and vast forests of cork oak.

Internally Casa Perea is an attractive villa with each bedroom enjoying en-suite facilities. The well-equipped kitchen, open plan living/dining area, and delightful sun room all lead out to a spacious covered dining terrace that conveniently borders the colourful lawned garden where we find not just a larger-than-normal private swimming pool but also a purpose-built covered barbecue/dining area. Spaciousness, comfort and outdoor living are at the heart of this thoughtfully designed home, in which guests can spread out, swim, sunbathe, enjoy a meal or simply relax under the Mediterranean sun.

Casa Perea is not only an excellent choice for those who wish to enjoy delightful countryside and a beautiful coastline brimming with sandy coves and quirky fishing villages but it is also ideally positioned for visiting the magnificent cathedral city of Girona and chic Barcelona.
