Located in the tranquil village of Avithos, this single-storey, three-bedroom villa captures the spirit of relaxed Mediterranean living. With its elegant bungalow design and thoughtful styling, Dina invites you to unwind in comfort and simplicity.

Inside, the property is light, and tastefully decorated, with a balance of form and function. The open-plan living space combines a welcoming lounge, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen, creating a sociable setting for family or friends. Doors lead out of every room out onto the tiled terrace and to your inviting infinity swimming pool, allowing each of the three bedrooms (one double and two twins) to blend seamlessly with the outdoors. Two shower rooms complete the accommodation, ideal for washing off the day’s adventures.

Where Dina comes into its own is outdoors. Framed by rolling countryside and sea views, the villa’s terrace boasts a sparkling infinity pool, a tranquil spot to while away the day, book in hand or simply soaking up the sun. A shaded pergola offers a delightful setting for breakfast, long lunches or evenings under the stars. Fire up the in built barbecue and enjoy fresh local produce as the sun dips below the horizon.

Conveniently located just a ten-minute drive from Kefalonia Airport, Dina makes arriving in and starting your holiday nice and easy. The local area offers a sprinkling of friendly tavernas and traditional eateries which can be found within a few minutes drive, or 15 – 20 minute walk. The award-winning Sarris Winery can be found within a 15 walk for wine lovers who wish to enjoy an evening of wine tasting.

The island’s bustling capital, Argostoli, lies fifteen minutes drive away car for those wishing to explore the wide selection of shops, boutiques, bars, and a lively waterfront.
Aviathos Beach, is just a five-minute drive from the villa and is one of the island’s most beloved. Here, soft sands meet clear turquoise waters, ideal for swimming, paddling, and lazy afternoons. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to hire, and you’ll find a handful of charming beach bars for refreshments with a view. If you're lucky, a loggerhead turtle might make an appearance!

Please note: The Greek Government charge a Climate Tax which is payable by guests staying in hotels and other properties. For Dina the charge is a flat rate of €15 (£13.04) per night. For your convenience we will add this amount to your booking, rather than you having to pay it in resort.
