Located in northeast Zakynthos, picturesque Ammoudi is a natural continuation of the popular beaches of Alykes and Alykanas. Perfect for families and couples looking for a quiet getaway, Ammoudi offers a relaxing atmosphere. The "Blue Flag" beach, a mixture of pebbles and sand, is 100m long with shallow clear water. The gently sloping shore and transparent sea make it particularly suitable for families with young children.

The area is also ideal for those who enjoy fishing and scuba-diving as there are plenty of small isolated coves to be discovered. Horse riding, hiking and cycling amongst the olive groves is also a popular pastime.
