Lower Floor: Gym (with exercise bike, treadmill and weight stack, Smart TV, A/C and Ice-Maker) with door to pool terrace, Utility Room (washing machine and tumble dryer), Two Double (or Twin) bedrooms (A/C, Smart TV), both with en-suite shower rooms, with doors to the grass area and access to the pool level. With five sumptuous bedrooms, each room is its own haven with far reaching sea views, carefully thought‑out terraces, ensuite shower rooms, verdant lawned terraces or terraces which provides your own access the unique situation of having two inviting pools to choose from. Communal areas include a bright and airy living room, which feature windows framing the shimmering sea, complete modern furnishings, and a serene atmosphere for relaxing or entertaining, while the dining areas can be found on the forward sea facing balcony, or at the rear of the property where the impressive in built barbeque and pizza oven are situated.

Outside, the villa is a mosaic of outdoor spaces, with terraces with seating and shade, gardens, plus a unique opportunity to have multiple pools that seem to float above the sea, sun‑lounging areas, wonderful outdoor kitchen / barbeque, complete with covered dining for all, plus carefully designed lighting and landscaping to enhance privacy and the ambiance. White Villa offers a fusion of indoor‑outdoor living for all to enjoy across the varying levels of the property.

Inside you will find very personal touches as the owner has a collection of hand made jewelry for sale, within a cabinet on the lower level, plus throughout extras such as a stocked wine fridge, where the contents can be purchased locally also, as well as items such as the important sunscreen lotions and oils to help start your holiday as soon as you arrive.

The villa is located within the traditional village of Anthoussa (10 minute walk), which offers a warm, authentic Greek atmosphere. Unhurried, welcoming, full of stone‑paths, olive trees, local charm, and lovely views. The square, is a small but vibrant center of village life. It’s a place where locals meet, visitors pause, and everything you need for day‑to‑day comfort is close by.

Valtos Beach (2.7km), with its sweeping 3‑km coastline of soft pebbles and golden sand, is among the region’s most celebrated beaches. Pristine water, water‑sports, cafés and tavernas border the shore, making it perfect for both active days and peaceful lounging.
The town of Parga (4.2km) itself, with its charming cobbled streets, white‑washed buildings, lively harbor, and Venetian castle, is within reach (10 minute drive). Where you can enjoy the shops, the restaurants and culture, yet return to the calm of White Villa within Anthoussa.

Please note: The Greek Government charge a Climate Tax which is payable by guests staying in hotels and other properties. For White Villa the charge is a flat rate of €15 (£13.04) per night. For your convenience we will add this amount to your booking, rather than you having to pay it in resort.
