If proximity to amenities and the golden sands of one of Menorca’s picture-postcard beaches is what you seek, this smart coastal home is sure to fit the bill!  Ideally situated in an attractive residential area at the southern end of Cala Blanca, its contemporary-styled accommodation and spacious grounds are just 200m from the resort’s quintessential Menorcan sandy bay and even closer to the range of laid-back bars and restaurants that overlook the turquoise blue waters of the sheltered inlet.

No car is required for trips to the beach from here.  Simply slip the catch of the front gate and stroll down the road for 200m to find yourself looking out to sea from the golden sands.  Just in front, the bars and restaurants that flank the southern waterfront tempt with their appetising menu boards and outdoor terraces, all perfectly situated for watching the sun as it sets into the ocean.

Whilst at home, days will no doubt be spent enjoying refreshing swims in the pleasingly long 14m pool before retiring to the covered terrace that wraps around the house for convivial gatherings and meals from the in-built barbecue.  With its open-plan layout, the living area and kitchen connect smoothly through patio doors to this al-fresco dining area whilst an additional door to the rear makes the back terraces equally accessible.  A light colour scheme and Ibicencan-style décor create a natural and relaxed ambience.  

If wishing to explore further afield, the historic harbour town of Ciutadella is just a 10 minute drive away and offers palm-filled squares, medieval streets of honey-coloured stone and a picturesque harbour lined with typical restaurants.  More sandy coves can be found within a short drive whilst for those seeking the livelier ambience of the resort, the shops, bars and restaurants of Cala Blanca’s centre can be reached on foot from the house.
