The Village Square & Beach Club
Echoing the look and feel of a traditional village square, with glorious views towards the sea, The Village Square is the heart of the resort. Head there for fresh bread in the morning or to enjoy a coffee, the supermarket is there for essential supplies, not forgetting the all important ice cream parlour for that holiday essential! The Village Square also offers a range of restaurants to suit everyone, from traditional local cuisine to Indian and Italian dishes to elegant dining at the Golf Clubhouse. The outdoor beer garden in the Village Square is the place to enjoy an early evening drink whilst deciding where to go for dinner.
On arrival, every guest receives an Aphrodite Hills’ Guest Benefit Card, which entitles you to discounts/preferential rates at various places in the Resort.
If you fancy a change of scenery, Aphrodite Hills Resort has its own Beach Club at Bonamare Beach, just 15km away in Timi: a beautiful beach of sand and pebbles, crystal clear waters, sunbeds and parasols, showers & changing facilities, WiFi, and a restaurant and bar means an afternoon on the beach is stressful and relaxing. There is a car park or, if you prefer, a shuttle bus service operates on a regular basis throughout the day.
The Benefit Card includes a complimentary Beach Day Pass (including a return shuttle bus journey) – one per person per week.
The Retreat Spa
Located near the Village Square, the award winning Retreat Spa (by Atlantica Hotels) is the perfect place to escape for some time out in beautiful surroundings. Have a relaxing massage or a beauty treatment, take a dip in the infinity pool overlooking the sea, perhaps a hair cut or even a work out or class in the Fitness Centre. The Benefit Card gives preferential discounts/rates and the services can be prebooked prior to your holiday or whilst you are there. All services are payable directly to the Resort Spa.
Tennis Academy
At the heart of the resort, the Tennis Academy offers fabulous facilities which include 9 courts (5 plexi-cushion hard courts, 4 red clay courts), 2 Padel courts, a retail shop and sports bar. The Pro Shop is home to a team of tennis professionals who there to help with advice and coaching services. The Benefit Card gives preferential discounts/rates and the services can be prebooked prior to your holiday or whilst you are there. All services are payable in resort.
Riding Club & Nature Trails
At the north end of the resort, surrounded by forest and accessed by an unpaved road, the riding club is perfect for all ages. Children will enjoy visiting the stables to see the horses and learn more about them, and there is also the opportunity to book riding lessons. Experienced riders can enjoy the trails through the forest – a fabulous way to spend a morning or two. All services are bookable and payable in resort.
Explore the parks and dedicated nature trail which takes you through the deep ravine that splits the resort in two. There are pathways that are suitable to use with pushchairs/buggies, and it is also possible to hire segways and bikes (in the Village Square) if you prefer to use a different mode than transport other than your feet!
Kids Club
The Kids Club caters for 3-12 year olds and there is also a Crèche for babies and toddlers aged between 6-36 months. It is open daily, offers lots of outdoor activities, arts & crafts sessions, has an indoor area, a shaded outdoor play area and its own pool. It is staffed by professionally trained childcare personnel. All services/sessions can be booked pre holiday or in resort. Payment is made directly to the Kids Club.
Golf
For those who golf, the award-winning Aphrodite Hills Golf Course needs no introduction. For those who fancy a go, what better place to try? Designed by the architect Cabell Robinson, its spectacular location provides stunning views over the Mediterranean. Some essential facts:
