Introduction
A tranquil mountain village nestling between the National Parks of Los Alcornocosa and La Sierra de Grazalema.
Outdoor activities
Being so close to the mountains, national parks and River Majaciete, El Bosque is a great place to practice active tourism. It is possible to rent bikes, hire equipment and pick up maps and routes from local companies.
Local cuisine
El Bosque has traditional restaurants serving the locally caught river trout, game and other types of fish from the Bay of Cádiz, as well as tapas bars. The locally produced Payoyo goats cheese also features on most menus.
