Villa Aelia

Enjoy Kefalonia’s laidback life at Villa Aelia

We’re delighted to add a new property to our Kefalonia programme, the stunning Aelia. This beautiful newly-built villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and sleeps up to four guests. Despite boasting a beautiful rural outlook, Aelia is just 580m from the quiet village of Maganos. With a handful of shops and two traditional tavernas, this sleepy Kefalonian village is conveniently close to amenities and some local wining and dining, Kefalonia style.

Villa Aelia

Aelia is the sister property to the equally as charming Rosepetra. Internally, Aelia boasts a décor bursting with traditional character with a vaulted ceiling of wooden beams facing characterful flooring also made from wood, attractive exposed stonework and a cosy wood burning stove. With rustic tiles, quaint shutters, tasteful artwork and a homely colour scheme, Aelia’s interior is made for relaxing in spacious comfort.

The villa is also designed for making the most of the incredible views that surround it with the open-plan living/dining room, the double bedroom and the twin room all comprising of doors leading to outdoor terraces that provide the perfect spot to drink up the tranquility of this beautiful villa’s location.

The exterior is also designed for optimising the scenery, with an infinity edge private pool crafting a striking effect that its translucent water, the azure sky above and the cobalt sea below seem to blend into one.

Sea and beach lovers will be in heaven here as Aelia is just a short distance from the beaches of Alaties and Ai Jerusalem, considered as two of Kefalonia’s most attractive beaches.

For guests seeking some livelier action, the busy port of Fiscardo is just over 5 kilometres from Aelia, where scuba diving, boat hire, shopping, and harbour-side eating and drinking is there to be enjoyed.

This pretty region of the island is fantastic territory for walkers, cyclists and nature enthusiasts, as a maze of country paths meander over the sprawling countryside of olive groves, vine terraces, farmland and hillsides.
