You’ve booked the villa, you’ve paid for the flights and the whole family is justifiably excited for the impending summer holiday to the sun-kissed island of Lanzarote. Now all you’ve got to plan is the itinerary and ways to keep the family entertained and amused for a whole two weeks.

Fuerteventura Tours

As lovely as Lanzarote is, experiencing another island while on a Lanzarote holiday will ensure you certainly make the most of your time abroad. On a Fuerteventura tour you will begin the day at the elegant resort of Playa Blanca. You will then take a ferry to Corralejo in the north of Fuerteventura. The journey back to Corralejo takes visitors to a panoramic viewpoint where chipmonks live and to Pajara, famous for two things – being the richest village in Spain and having a church with two aisles.

La Graciosa Island

Leaving Orzola on a catamaran, you’ll soon arrive on La Graciosa off Lanzarote’s northern coast. This protected island comprises of a Marine Reserve and a Biosphere Reserve. This fantastic excursion includes a visit to the village of Caleta de Cebo. Visitors are then taken to other islands that make up the Chinijo Archipelago – Roque del Infierno, Montana Clara and Alegranza. After discovering these undisturbed islands, you’ll spend time relaxing on the stunning Francesca Beach, where snorkelling and kayaking will be at your disposal.

Atlantic Adventure

Departing Playa Blanca harbour aboard a glass bottom catamaran, an Atlantic Adventure excursion is thrilling from the offset. The vessel anchors off the stunning beaches of Papagayo, where sunbathing, snorkelling or swimming is up for grabs. For any white-knuckle adventure-seekers in the family, watersports and banana boats are also available on the beach. The return trip includes a stop off on the glass-bottom catamaran where you’ll have the chance to explore Lanzarote’s incredible marine-life.
