Meltemi and Levante

Mingle with the stars in the ‘St. Tropez of Greece’ at Meltemi and Levante!

We’re thrilled to welcome a new property onto our books, on the sunny Greek island of Kefalonia. In fact, there’s two separate buildings on shared land, one known as Meltemi and the other as Levante. The properties are almost identical stone cottages that share the same plot, with a private pool between them. This two-pronged property is located close to sought-after Fiscardo, hailed as Kefalonia’s most glamourous town.

Meltemi and Levante

Combined, the properties boast four bedrooms and four bathrooms, sleeping up to eight guests in separate accommodation, perfect for parties wanting their own privacy.
One of the buildings is known as Meltemi and the other is called Levante.

With Satellite TV, DVD, air-conditioning and Wi-Fi, both properties have all the mod-cons you’ll need for a real ‘home-from-home’ feel whilst being amid the most stunning of natural Greek landscapes.

Gallery-style kitchens are a feature of both Meltemi and Levante. The bedrooms benefit from doors that lead onto the terrace, where guests can enjoy the spectacular views that stretch to Fiscardo’s elegant harbour and out towards the neighbouring islands of Arkoudi, Ithaca, Lefkada and Meganissi.

Meltemi and Levante are geared for enjoying the warm, sunny climate Kefalonia is blessed with for a large proportion of the year. Asides a private swimming pool, guests can rustle up culinary delights on the barbecue and enjoy a meal on the shaded dining terrace. A sun terrace provides the perfect spot to soak up the sun’s rays and enjoy the tranquillity of this enviably-position dual property.

A network of beautiful trails surround the properties, enabling guests to explore the area and become acquainted with the stunning Kefalonia countryside and the pretty coves and beaches that can be found on this stretch of the island’s coast.

Just 4km will bring you to the upmarket coastal town of Fiscardo. With pastel-hued Venetian buildings, quality waterside restaurants and bars, and a lovely little pebble bay close to the harbour, it’s hardly surprising Fiscardo has become known as the ‘St. Tropez of Greece’. And being the ‘St. Tropez of Greece’, the stars naturally flock to Fiscardo, with no other than Demi Moore and Bon Jovi having been spotted in this beautiful seaside resort. Rumour has it that Roman Abramovich moors his yacht in Fiscardo’s harbour!
