Villa Santa Anna

Villa Santa Anna is just 2.2 kilometres from the bustling and traditional market town of Palafrugell, a short distance inland from Catalunya’s exhilaratingly rugged coastline, the Costa Brava. The house is surrounded by gently rolling hillsides in the upmarket residential neighbourhood of Casa de Campo.

Magnificent sweeping views extend from this fabulous villa across the hillsides carpeted in sweet-smelling pine trees and out towards to Mediterranean Sea, twinkling under the sun.

Internally, Villa Santa Anna really is a sight for sore eyes. The house is beautifully presented, with tasteful furnishing and scrumptious décor that infuses the contemporary with the traditional being a genial feature of every room.

The principal bedroom retains the luxurious vibe of the rest of the villa, with its own dressing room, an en-suite shower room and French doors leading onto the terrace. The villa benefits from a clever layout, in which the double and twin bedrooms on the lower floor are accessed via the enclosed patio off the sitting room, meaning large parties comprising of separate groups can enjoy some privacy.

As delightful as Villa Santa Anna’s interior is, so is its exterior! Spacious grounds of rolling lawns, flourishing flowerbeds and verdant trees and shrubs surround the villa. Morning coffees, evening drinks, or afternoons spent relaxing with a good book, whilst taking in the superb mountain and seascape views, are all there for the taking on Villa Santa Anna’s outdoor terraces.

The large sun terrace is made for al fresco wining and dining with a built-in barbecue, mini fridge, freezer and sink!

Some fabulous beaches are just a stone’s throw from Villa Santa Anna on the nearby coastline that’s lined with the upmarket yet quaint and charming fishing villages of Calella de Palafrugell, Llafranc and Tamariu.
